- Whole chicken – (giblets removed)
- Butter, melted
- Lemon, quartered
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
How to Make Delicious Chicken
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Pat the chicken with a paper towel, which will help get rid of any extra moisture and get it golden brown and crispy.
Brush the chicken on all sides with melted butter. Sprinkle on paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Stuff the chicken with lemon.
Place on a baking sheet, breast side up. Bake the chicken in the oven for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
