- Garlic cloves
- Butter melted
- Rosemary

You will prepare the dish for 10 minutes and bake it in the oven for 3 hours.
How to Make Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb
Preheat the oven to 360°F.
Prepare the lamb roast – make 10-15 slits in the skin of the lamb, insert the garlic cloves halves into the slits.
Brush the leg of lamb on all sides with melted butter, or drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle on the rosemary, pepper, and salt.
Place the leg of lamb in a large clay pot with a lid and bake uncovered at 360°F for 30 minutes. Then cover and bake at 280°F for 2,5 hours.
If you do not have a clay pot, use a large and deep baking dish with a lid.
