- 2 lbs Leg of lamb
- 7 Garlic cloves
- ¼ cup Butter melted melted
- ½ tsp Rosemary
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
Preheat the oven to 360°F.
Make 10-15 slits in the skin of the lamb, insert the garlic cloves halves into the slits.
Brush the leg of lamb on all sides with melted butter, or drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with the rosemary, pepper, and salt.
Place the leg of lamb in a large clay pot with a lid and bake uncovered at 360°F for 30 minutes. Then cover and bake at 280°F for 2,5 hours.
