  • brie cheese

How to Make Pear and Brie Crostini

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the baguette slices:
    • Brush each baguette slice with a little olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    • Arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Toast the bread:
    • Bake the bread slices in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
