How to Make Healthy Gluten-Free Oats Berry Cake
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line or grease a round baking pan.
Grind the oats in a blender or food processor until you get a fine flour.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with sugar until slightly fluffy.
Add yogurt, oil, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in oat flour, baking powder, and baking soda until smooth.
