- Udon Noodles
- Chicken breasts
- Soy Sauce
- Bell Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Pumpkin seeds

How to Make The Best Chicken Noodles
Add dry udon noodles to boiling water according to package instruction and cook, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Halve bell pepper, discard stem and seeds, then cut into the strips.
Heat the oil and cook the bell pepper for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan on a plate and set aside.
Cut the chicken breasts into the strips.
After that, in a large pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken until sealed on the outside. Then add the bell pepper and soy sauce.
Add the udon noodles to the pan, toss everything together well and cook until the noodles are heated through. Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
