Ingredients
  

  • 3  ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp  baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • cup  flour
  • ½ cup walnuts coarsely chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a metal loaf pan measuring 9 x 5 inches with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a big mixing bowl, place bananas and crush them using a fork or masher. Next, include egg, butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Combine flour by gently stirring with a spatula. Add walnuts and stir a few times.
  4. Bake the batter for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Take the best banana bread out of the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes. After that, remove the bread from the loaf pan and place it on a cooling rack to cool for approximately another hour.
    Use a serrated knife when slicing bread to prevent it from crumbling.
