Method
- Cut the salmon, white-flashed fish, potatoes, and onion into small chunks.
- Place all ingredients into a meat grinder or food processor and grind well.
- Place the mixture in a large bowl, add parsley, egg, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and mix everything.
- Form the mixture into 12 equal patties and roll them in the bread crumbs.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and fry the patties on each side for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
