Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled anddeveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese,plus more to serve
  • 2 tbsp parsley to garnish,(optional)
  • ½ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until it reaches the desired tenderness, as per the package instructions.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt butter. Place shrimp in a single layer and cook until golden brown on each side, flipping only once. Take out the shrimp from the skillet and cover it to maintain its warmth.
  3. Melt butter, then sauté garlic until aromatic. Add cream and parmesan and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the shrimp and pasta, coating them in the sauce.
  5. Garnish with gratedparmesan and parsley for a delicious finish.
