Combine the chicken seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk together. Then add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss them until they are coated.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or you can leave it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before cooking.
Take out the marinated chicken breasts.
Preheat a grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken on the grill or in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Let the chicken cool slightly then chop into bite sized pieces.
Cook tortillas on the grill for approximately 30 seconds on each side.
Distribute grilled chicken over warm tortillas along with your favorite toppings, such as picco de gallo salsa, corn, cheese, cilantro, and lime.
