In a spacious plastic bag, mix 2 cups of flour with garlic salt, paprika, poultry seasoning, and 2teaspoons of pepper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and water. Then, add salt and the rest of the flour along with some pepper.
Coat the chicken in the egg mixture, then transfer it to a bag (a few pieces at a time), seal the bag, and shake thoroughly to ensure an even coating.
Place the breaded chicken on a sheet of parchment paper and refrigerate for one hour.
Toprepare crispy fried chicken using a deep fat fryer, begin by heating the oilto 350 degrees.
Next, carefully add a few pieces of chicken at a time and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown. Once the skin darkens in color, reduce the heat slightly and continue frying for an additional 3-4 minutes to ensure that the center of the chicken is thoroughly cooked while achieving a crispy, golden-brown exterior.
Drain on a paper towel.
Sprinkle with a little more salt if needed.
