Ifyou're in the mood for some delicious chicken, I'm excited to reveal my specialrecipe for extra crispy fried chicken. It's incredibly simple, and I guaranteeyou'll want to make it again and again.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 thin sliced chicken breasts
  • 2 cup All-Purpose Flour for coating
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning
  • ½ pepper
  • water½
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • In a spacious plastic bag, mix 2 cups of flour with garlic salt, paprika, poultry seasoning, and 2teaspoons of pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and water. Then, add salt and the rest of the flour along with some pepper.
  • Coat the chicken in the egg mixture, then transfer it to a bag (a few pieces at a time), seal the bag, and shake thoroughly to ensure an even coating.
  • Place the breaded chicken on a sheet of parchment paper and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Toprepare crispy fried chicken using a deep fat fryer, begin by heating the oilto 350 degrees.
  • Next, carefully add a few pieces of chicken at a time and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown. Once the skin darkens in color, reduce the heat slightly and continue frying for an additional 3-4 minutes to ensure that the center of the chicken is thoroughly cooked while achieving a crispy, golden-brown exterior.
  • Drain on a paper towel.
  • Sprinkle with a little more salt if needed.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
