Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib salmon
  • 1 Ib white-fleshed fish cod, haddock, pollock, halibut
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • bread crumbs for coating
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Cut the salmon, white-flashed fish, potatoes, and onion into small chunks.
  • Place all ingredients into a meat grinder or food processor and grind well.
  • Place the mixture in a large bowl, add parsley, egg, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and mix everything.
  • Form the mixture into 12 equal patties and roll them in the bread crumbs.
  • Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and fry the patties on each side for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
