Keto Cauliflower Cheese Pie
Golden and crispy on the outside, tender and succulent on the inside, this 4-ingredient cauliflower cheese pie is my go-to recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

- 1 cauliflower medium
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Divide the cauliflower into pieces, fill it with water and cook for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling. If you want the cauliflower to crunch a little, you can boil it for 3 minutes.
While the cauliflower is cooking, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Then add sour cream and mix well.
Drain the water and place the cauliflower in a lightly oiled baking dish.
Pour the mixture of eggs and sour cream over the cauliflower. Put cheese on top of it.
Place the form into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.Here you go, oven-baked cauliflower with sour cream and cheese is ready!Serve the cauliflower cheese pie with sour cream or your favorite sauce.
