Keto Cauliflower Cheese Pie

Golden and crispy on the outside, tender and succulent on the inside, this 4-ingredient cauliflower cheese pie is my go-to recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cauliflower medium
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Divide the cauliflower into pieces, fill it with water and cook for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling. If you want the cauliflower to crunch a little, you can boil it for 3 minutes.
  • While the cauliflower is cooking, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Then add sour cream and mix well.
  • Drain the water and place the cauliflower in a lightly oiled baking dish.
  • Pour the mixture of eggs and sour cream over the cauliflower. Put cheese on top of it.
  • Place the form into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
    Here you go, oven-baked cauliflower with sour cream and cheese is ready!
    Serve the cauliflower cheese pie with sour cream or your favorite sauce.
