Summer is the perfect season for quick and easy berry desserts that are both light and delicious. I couldn’t agree more! While there’s always a place for cakes and other delectable treats made with fresh summer fruits and berries, sometimes the heat makes the thought of baking unbearable. Yet, the craving for something sweet after a meal remains. That’s where this fantastic and versatile dessert comes in—it’s designed for those exact moments when you want a delightful treat without turning on the oven.

How to Make Healthy Summery Berry Dessert in a Glass
Start by crushing the cookies in a blender or in a plastic bag using a pastry roller.
Wash the blueberries and strawberries, remove the green parts and cube them into fairly small pieces.
Take the small wine glasses (250ml) and add a layer of crushed cookies to the bottom of each glass, about 3-4 teaspoons for each.
Next make a layer of blueberries.
Then add the natural yogurt. Next make a layer of strawberries and top with hazelnuts.
Decorate with some more strawberries and fresh mint.
Refrigerate the desserts and serve cold.
Tip
You can use any berries or fruits that you like for this dessert and you can also use any other jam. I sometimes also use leftover cake base or lady fingers instead of the crushed cookies.
