In a bowl of medium size, mix together mascarpone cheese, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.Utilize an electric mixer or stand mixer set to medium-high speed and beat for around 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and has thickened.
In a petite bowl, meld together strawberry preserves, water, and balsamic vinegar. Mix with a fork until unified. Immerse the ladyfingers into the blend to cover them. Arrange the ladyfingers in a solitary layer at the base of an 8”x 8” or comparably sized baking container.
Evenly distribute half of the mascarpone mixture onto the ladyfingers before arranging half of the sliced strawberries on top of the mixture.
Continue layering by alternating ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and sliced strawberries until all ingredients are used up.
Cover the strawberry tiramisu with cling wrap and chill for at least 8 hours or overnight.
