Method
- Preheat the oven to 360°F.
- Make 10-15 slits in the skin of the lamb, insert the garlic cloves halves into the slits.
- Brush the leg of lamb on all sides with melted butter, or drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with the rosemary, pepper, and salt.
- Place the leg of lamb in a large clay pot with a lid and bake uncovered at 360°F for 30 minutes. Then cover and bake at 280°F for 2,5 hours.
