Method
- First, you cut the melon into cubes. Place it in a large bowl for serving.
- Then crumble the feta cheese over the watermelon. I recommend a block of goat’s milk feta. It’s the best!
- After that comes a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze. You can find a bottle of balsamic glaze near the balsamic vinegar or in the produce section.
- Finish the salad off with a sprinkling of chopped fresh mint leaves, pine nuts, and salt to taste.
