Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp  fine sea salt
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup extra light olive oil
  • 15 oz pumpkin puree

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a bread pan with baking paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl,whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder,cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: eggs, oil, and pumpkin puree.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Once baked, let cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
