Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano (or Italian herbs)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a dish or ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over them, making sure they’re well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
  3. Preheat the grill: Heat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken: Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest and serve: Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with a fresh salad, grilled vegetables, or rice.
