Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup  Erythritol
  • 1 cup  Almond flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Butter  melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line 12 standard-size muffin cups with paper liners. 
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave and then mix it with eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine almond flour, sweetener, sea salt and baking powder.
  4. Stir in the wet ingredients until you have auniform consistency, then fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  5. Add batter to 12 muffin moulds and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
