Method
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line 12 standard-size muffin cups with paper liners.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and then mix it with eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine almond flour, sweetener, sea salt and baking powder.
- Stir in the wet ingredients until you have auniform consistency, then fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Add batter to 12 muffin moulds and bake for 25 minutes.
- Enjoy!
