Method
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumbers and radishes into thin rounds.
- Chop the green onions, and dill.
- In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables and herbs.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
