Ingredients
  

  • cup oats
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup date paste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium size bowl combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  3. You can utilize a food processor to gently pulse the oats and seeds, which will slightly break them down. This will result in a less chewy texture and make them easier to eat.
  4. Form Cookie Shapes – Shape the dough into cookie forms using your hands.
  5. Bake for a duration of 15 minutes, followed by allowing it to cool down completely. Then, savor and relish the finished product. Enjoy!
