  • cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

  1. In a spacious mixing bowl, blend together flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add in buttermilk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Allow it to cook until the top starts to bubble and the edges turn golden. Flip the pancake over and cook for another minute or until the bottom is golden.
