Method
- Combine raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a saucepan, and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. The berries will break down and the sauce will thicken as it cooks.
- At this point, you can either strain the seeds out, puree them in the food processor(blender), or leave them chunky.
- Remove from heat, and transfer the easy homemade raspberry sauce to glass jars.
- Allow cooling before serving.
