Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoonsmilk1 cupbreadcrumbs (you can use panko for extra crispiness)
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprica
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (you can use panko for extra crispiness)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C). This will keep the cooked chicken tenders warm while you finish frying the rest.
  2. In one shallow bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. Finally, roll it in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Make sure there's enough oil to submerge the tenders halfway. You can also use a deep fryer.
  7. Transfer the fried chicken tenders to a baking sheet and keep them warm in the preheated oven.
  8. Serve thechicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauce – like honey mustard, barbecuesauce, or ranch.
