Method
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until they're well-coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the carrots for 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until they are caramelized and tender.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
