Method
- Prepare the puff pastry by rolling out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Prick the puff pastry with a fork to prevent it from rising during baking.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the dough. Arrange asparagus spears and sun-dried tomatoes on top, then sprinkle parmesan over everything.
- Bake at 400℉ for 20 to 25 minutes, oruntil the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Cut into squares before serving.
