Cuisine Chinese
- 4 rice paper sheets
- 1 chicken breast (boiled or baked)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- Fresh parsley
- creamy garlic sauce or Caesar dressing
Soften the rice paper:
Fill a large bowl or plate with warm water.
Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for about 5–7 seconds, just until it softens but doesn’t tear.
Place it flat on a damp plate or cutting board.
Assemble the rolls:
In the center of the softened rice paper, place a few strips of carrot, cucumber, herbs, and chicken.
Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of sauce on top.
Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll it up tightly from the bottom like a burrito.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately while fresh, with extra dipping sauce on the side if desired.
