Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter Chicken broth (or use water with a bouillon cube)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 piece ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste

For the toppings:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Ramen noodles (or egg noodles)
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, combine chicken broth, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
  • Bring to a boil, then let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  • Strain the broth to remove the ginger and garlic pieces.
  • Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Place the noodles in a deep bowl.
  • Top with sliced chicken, half a boiled egg, chopped green onions, and herbs.
  • Pour the hot broth over everything.
  • Serve hot with chopsticks or a spoon. You can also drizzle a little sesame oil or add chili sauce if you like a spicy touch.
