Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, let cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
