Ingredients
  

  • cup strawberry jam
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries,
  • 24 ladyfingers

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl of medium size, mix together mascarpone cheese, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.Utilize an electric mixer or stand mixer set to medium-high speed and beat for around 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and has thickened.
  • In a petite bowl, meld together strawberry preserves, water, and balsamic vinegar. Mix with a fork until unified. Immerse the ladyfingers into the blend to cover them. Arrange the ladyfingers in a solitary layer at the base of an 8”x 8” or comparably sized baking container.
  • Evenly distribute half of the mascarpone mixture onto the ladyfingers before arranging half of the sliced strawberries on top of the mixture.
  • Continue layering by alternating ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and sliced strawberries until all ingredients are used up.
  • Cover the strawberry tiramisu with cling wrap and chill for at least 8 hours or overnight.
