Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cups cold milk
  • ¼ cup butter(melted) or canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • In the mixing bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. 
  • Create a well in the center and add the remaining wet ingredients: milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Whisk until the batter has formed and then stop. Try to not mix.
  • Brush both sides of the waffle maker with melted butter and pour in your batter. Cook Belgian waffles according to the recommended cooktimes for your waffle maker.
  • I love a warm Belgian Waffle with lots of delicious toppings like chocolate chips, fruit (raspberries are my favorite), whipped cream, powdered sugar, maple syrup, or butter.
