Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
  • 4-5 slices cooked bacon
  • spray oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, milk, egg, butter, salt, and sugar until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Fry or bake bacon until crispy, then chop and mix with shredded cheese.
  • Lightly grease a non-stick pan, pour a thin layer of batter, and cook until just set on one side. Add the cheese-bacon filling, fold in half.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place folded crepes inside.Air fry at 180°C / 350°F for 6–8 minutes, until golden and slightly crisp.
  • Serve warm with sour cream, garlic sauce, or a drizzle of honey for a delicious sweet–savory touch.
