The air fryer gives them a perfect texture without the need for frying in oil — just quick, clean, and delicious results every time.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
- 4-5 slices cooked bacon
- spray oil
Whisk together flour, milk, egg, butter, salt, and sugar until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Fry or bake bacon until crispy, then chop and mix with shredded cheese.
Lightly grease a non-stick pan, pour a thin layer of batter, and cook until just set on one side. Add the cheese-bacon filling, fold in half.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place folded crepes inside.Air fry at 180°C / 350°F for 6–8 minutes, until golden and slightly crisp.
Serve warm with sour cream, garlic sauce, or a drizzle of honey for a delicious sweet–savory touch.
