- 2 cups fresh arugula
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Dressing:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or honey balsamic
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
