Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel. Rub both sides with olive oil, then season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Optionally, rub a bit of minced garlic into the steaks for extra flavor.
  • Heat your grill to high. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
  • Place the steaks on the hot grill.
  • Grill for about 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time based on your preferred doneness. Flip for the best grill marks and flavor.
  • Remove from the grill and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Slice the steak against the grain, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
