Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup  Erythritol
  • 1 cup  Almond flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Butter  melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line 12 standard-size muffin cups with paper liners. 
  • Melt the butter in the microwave and then mix it with eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Combine almond flour, sweetener, sea salt and baking powder.
  • Stir in the wet ingredients until you have auniform consistency, then fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  • Add batter to 12 muffin moulds and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
