Classic Roast Chicken

- 1 chicken whole
- ½ cup butter melted
- 1 lemon quartered
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Pat the chicken with a paper towel, which will help get rid of any extra moisture and get it golden brown and crispy.
Brush the chicken on all sides with melted butter.
Sprinkle on paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
Stuff the chicken with lemon. Place on a baking sheet, breast side up.
Bake the chicken in the oven for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Let rest for 15-20 min. Carve the chicken and serve with roast potatoes and fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
