Combine the raspberries, half of the lemon juice, lime juice, and sugar in a blender or food processor. Process the mixture for 2-3 minutes until the ingredients are well mixed and the sugar is fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to extract the juice while removing the raspberry seeds and pulp.
Pour the remaining lemon juice and water into the pitcher and mix them well.
Divide the mixture into cups and accompany with ice cubes. Decorate with a lemon slice, several freshly-picked raspberries, and a sprig of mint.
